# Slack Control Slack directly from Clawdbot — send messages, react to posts, manage pins, and fetch member info across channels and DMs. The Slack skill connects Clawdbot to your Slack workspace, giving it the ability to send, edit, and delete messages, react to posts with emojis, pin and unpin important items, read recent messages from channels, look up member info, and list custom emojis. ## How It Works Clawdbot uses its configured bot token to call the Slack API on your behalf. You provide a channel ID and message ID (the Slack timestamp), and Clawdbot executes the requested action.
