# Smart-Inbox AI classifies your inbox, drafts replies, and you send them right from chat with a quick edit and "send". Supports Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP mailbox. Prerequisites: Connect a mailbox: Gmail (via Google) / Outlook (via Graph API) / any IMAP. Note: If not connected, the AI will ask "Which email do you use?" and guide the setup. Multi-account supported. Trigger: "Handle my emails", "check inbox", "triage emails", "回邮件" 1. Workflow Fetch & Classify: Fetch unread emails → apply 4-tier classification (🔴 🟡 🔵 ⚪). Triage: Show triage overview → user picks an email. Context & Draft: Display full thread context → AI drafts reply. Review & Send: User approves/edits → send. Safety: Never auto-sends — user must explicitly say "send". 2. Extra Features Batch Mode: e.g., "Draft replies for all red ones" Quick Actions: Archive noise, star, forward, snooze.
