Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Monthly plans renew every month, and annual plans renew every year, unless canceled before the next renewal date. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and may be charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing term. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date unless we expressly state otherwise.

Your subscription includes your hosted ClawBro environment and the infrastructure resources associated with your selected plan. If your plan includes promotional credits or bundled usage, those benefits are governed by the specific offer shown at checkout.

Prepaid credits, promotional credits, and other usage-based balances are generally non-refundable once issued or consumed, except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise in writing.

We provide a one-time 7-day refund window for the first subscription charge only. Refunds do not apply to renewals, partial billing periods, prepaid credits, usage-based charges, taxes, or accounts suspended for policy violations. If a refund is approved, the related paid service may be terminated when the refund is processed.

You can cancel from your billing settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellation should be as easy as signup.

After your paid term ends, your hosted environment may be disabled. Customer Content is typically scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the end of the paid term, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or backup restoration processes.

We use your data to operate and secure the Service, provide support, process payments, and maintain your hosted environment. We do not use Customer Content to train our own models.
