ClawBro is an independent managed hosting service for OpenClaw. We help users run OpenClaw in a hosted environment without self-managing servers, updates, or infrastructure. ClawBro is not the OpenClaw project itself and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the OpenClaw core team.
You are paying for hosted infrastructure, account management, maintenance, security operations, backups, and support for your ClawBro-managed OpenClaw environment. Unless explicitly stated on the checkout page, subscription fees cover the hosting service itself and do not automatically include unlimited third-party model or API usage.
No. ClawBro is an independent service that deploys and operates OpenClaw for users in the cloud.
Billing starts immediately when you purchase a paid plan, unless a different billing start date is clearly shown during checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically on the same billing cycle (monthly or annual) until canceled.
"Cancel anytime" means you can stop future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not normally generate a prorated refund for the current paid term unless required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.
We offer a one-time refund window for the first subscription charge only: first-time customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. This refund applies only to the base subscription fee for the first term, not to prepaid credits, add-ons, taxes, or third-party usage charges already incurred. After that window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
No. ClawBro does not use your Customer Content to train its own models. However, if you choose to connect or use third-party model or API providers through your hosted environment, those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not access Customer Content for advertising or training. We may access limited Customer Content on a strict need-to-know basis only when necessary to provide support you request, maintain or secure the Service, investigate abuse or security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or with your authorization.
Your access continues through the end of your current paid term. After that, your hosted environment may be suspended and scheduled for deletion. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before your paid term ends.
